“Know Bull” is a compilation of artists from the Durham, NC area. It features up and coming string bands and songwriters such as: Dave Henderson, J.J. Jordan, Ella Bertram, Karl Loftus, Erik Peterson, Weasel & the Kookaburra, M.S. Singer, Kodiak Farm Boys, The Piedmont Regulators, Four Piece Supremes, Sylavania, and Bull City Stringers.

Styles range from traditional fiddle and banjos songs to jug bands to bluegrass to new original material. Many of the people involved in these groups play in more than one of the tracks here. The intent of the album is to showcase the variety of music coming from a fairly small group of musicians from the Orange/Durham county area.
